Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people

  •  One-kilogram chicken
  •  Two tablespoons of seasoning vinegar
  •  4 crushed garlic cloves
  •  teaspoon free saffron
  •  Two tablespoons of roasting
  •  teaspoon ginger
  •  1 teaspoon cumin
  •  tablespoon crushed coriander
  •  Half a teaspoon of crushed cardamom
  •  3 tablespoons tomato paste
  •  Half a cup of natural rib
  •  4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Two teaspoons of salt


 How to prepare : 

First: wash the chicken, dry it well, cut it into quarters, remove the skin, make some holes and slits, sprinkle the chicken with vinegar, rub well and set aside.

Second: In another dish, mix the seasoning ingredients, cover the chicken pieces well, and cover the chicken with transparent healthy paper for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Make sure to flip the pieces from time to time.

Third: Take the chicken out of the refrigerator for a few minutes before cooking so that it becomes at a normal temperature, then arrange it in an oven tray and put it for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
