Chinese
style honey chicken

honey.
· Corn starch
spoon.
· Green onions cut
into slices.

black pepper.

sesame seeds.

Prepare
the dish:
2- Add the chicken, salt and black pepper, then the chopped garlic; stir for 4 minutes or until golden.
3- Reduce the heat and add half the amount of broth and leave on a low heat until the chicken is cooked and the broth dries out (while stirring occasionally).
4- Mix honey with the rest of the broth and starch in a small bowl, then pour it over the chicken and stir until the sauce thickens, then remove from the heat.
5- Sprinkle green onion slices over the mixture and season with soy sauce, as desired.
