Chinese style honey chicken

    I present to you, dear reader, the most delicious recipes from international kitchens, especially from Chinese cuisine, and introduce you to honey chicken on the Chinese style. It has a unique flavor and spice. It is easy to prepare and does not take long. You can serve it with rice and green salads.

Healthy and delicious.

 



 

Ingredients:

·      Four pieces of chicken fillet cut into long strips.

·      Two tablespoons of olive oil.

·      Three onions cut eights.

·      Two cloves of crushed garlic.

·      Three-quarters of a cup of chicken broth, if available already or you can use water by adding a Maggi cube.

·      Spoon full of honey.

·      Corn starch spoon.

·      Green onions cut into slices.

·      Soy sauce.

·      Teaspoon salt.

·      A teaspoon of black pepper.

·      A tablespoon of sesame seeds.

 

 Prepare the dish:

1- Heat the oil on a strong fire, then add the onions and stir for two minutes until they yellow and wither.

2- Add the chicken, salt and black pepper, then the chopped garlic; stir for 4 minutes or until golden.

3- Reduce the heat and add half the amount of broth and leave on a low heat until the chicken is cooked and the broth dries out (while stirring occasionally).

4- Mix honey with the rest of the broth and starch in a small bowl, then pour it over the chicken and stir until the sauce thickens, then remove from the heat.

5- Sprinkle green onion slices over the mixture and season with soy sauce, as desired.
